Process

One round of phonic interview with a recruiter, then they scheduled a technical call with the Director. Once you pass that, they will ask you to come in for an f2f interview. The interview process is very time-consuming.

Finally, when you get an offer, they take forever to send the offer letter.

Questions

Basic experience questions, some technical questions on design and projects.

Database questions, group discussion.

Explain how you designed multi-tier systems, agile methodology pros, and cons.

Primarily on full-stack development and implementation. The interview sounded promising, but the actual work once you start is way different from what they claim in the interview. It's all work and more work.
