Cons: Heavy workload and poor time management.

Pros: Great place to work. Flexible working hours, friendly work environment. More opportunity to learn new technologies.

Cons: Compensation is very low compared to the current market.

Pros: Great senior devs leading by example and patiently teaching. The convenience of remote work, decent pay, and a good team – what more could someone ask?

Cons: I was not prepared for the amount of red tape involved in onboarding remotely and getting oriented in the company. I absolutely should have taken more initiative, but a manager who distances himself at all costs was really hard for me to cope with. As was working as a cog in a soul-sucking corporate cyborg monstrosity, trying to optimize the distribution of digital brainwashing by asking customers to pay us to sell their attention to the highest bidder. But hey, it's hard to avoid that nowadays. My advice would be to be aggressive and patient in equal measure.
