The company has great benefits. We are trying to offer top-of-the-line products, so the work is always challenging. The company seems to be evolving into a tech company rather than just telecommunications. Again, it's a great company if you're up for the challenge.
Not really a con for me, but for some, it may get overwhelming keeping up with goals and timelines.
