Fast-paced and as challenging as you want it to be
I enjoy the fact that Comcast treats its employees well and genuinely seems to care about them. In addition, I enjoy the fact that I am constantly challenged with new issues/problems.
Being such a large company, there are many times when projects stall due to the politics involved between different teams.
Keep your employees engaged and happy. Communicate changes that impact multiple projects so that everyone is on board and working toward a similar goal.
