Good job security, since all of us runs the internet.
Too many benefits, which I think you don't need.
Great company, nice culture, but just have too many benefits. My advice will be to reduce them and compensate more to the employees.

Very simple online interview, two LeetCode questions and then behavioral questions. Overall, a very nonchalant interview environment, and I was able to ask questions after. Just practice a couple of LeetCode easy and medium questions beforehand.

Overall, I wasn't very impressed by the interviewer nor the process. What was supposed to be an interview with the manager and at least two other employees turned out to be just with the manager, as the employees were unable to make it for one reason
