- Lots of useless training.
- Promotions are only for those in the inner circles of upper management. If you don't work in Philadelphia, good luck getting a promotion.
- If you are not a Progressive Leftist, you are not encouraged to share your thoughts on anything remotely political.
As a person of color, I think the push for Diversity & Inclusion is overdone. I don't see diversity in political perspectives, only in superficial things like skin color.
