Hours are very flexible. People are very friendly and help you on the spot. Hack days every other Friday, which allows you to explore different things.
Salary not as competitive. Management seems "iffy" since reorganization happens every year, and it seems that goals/mission keep changing.
5 rounds of LC-like coding exercises. Recursive, DP, etc. Pretty intense, but friendly. You get hints and suggestions, more like discussions of pros and cons of different implementation trade-offs. Overall: Positive. Got an offer out of it.
