Didn't see any cons. The only one is that people give you "the look" when you tell them you work for Comcast. But actually working there was nice.
Two rounds: 1. A behavioral phone screen (pretty easy). 2. One live virtual semi-technical interview where they just asked you to talk about your favorite technical project and some basic data structures plus SQL.
First, there was an initial recruiter screening. Then, there was an in-person logical interview focused on Java to see if you understood the concepts of Java and OOP. Next, there was a technical interview with LeetCode-style questions.
