As I was interviewing for a remote position, my on-site interview was booked through recruiting, and my hotel and flights were arranged nicely. Reimbursement for interview expenses took longer than anticipated, however.

Multiple rounds of tricky coding questions. I do not believe in disclosing the questions themselves.

Many questions rely on analytical thinking and are not entirely about coming to a solution, but seeing the candidate's reasoning skills.
