It was a very positive experience. Komal, the senior recruiter, reached out to me and explained all the steps in the interview process very clearly.
She mentioned the topics around which the discussions would take place. This helped to a very large extent because I could focus on those areas.
It was not that the exact topic name was provided, but it was still very helpful, e.g., Unix & networking. Each discussion was centered on a selected topic, and I knew that in advance, so it helped a lot on the prep front.
While the questions were not trivial, it was a very open process from start to end. At every step, ample time was given for my questions, and it did not feel like just a formality or any sort of hurry.
I am impressed with the process and the way it was conducted.
Sorry, I signed an NDA.
