Process

I reached out to someone I knew who worked at Confluent already. A few days later, a recruiter called me to discuss the role and my work history.

Next, I had an interview with a technical screener. After that, an interview with a manager took place.

Once those two 45-minute interviews were completed, I moved on to the next round, which consisted of three more 45-minute interviews. These covered Distributed Systems, Project work history, and a Code Comprehension interview.

Each interview was well-thought-out and efficient. Everyone I interviewed with made me feel at ease throughout the process. During this time, the recruiter was upfront about the availability of a role and the changing landscape.
