The straightforward process includes a screening call and behavioral rounds to see if you fit for a role at CoreWeave and understand their core values. Technical and manager interviews are a bit challenging; they want you to understand your tech stack well and demonstrate how you will use it in the role.

I will say that the recruiters and communication are quite slow, and they often ghost you during the process, not replying to emails or follow-ups. Still in the process of getting the final offer letter, which is taking them time.
