I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I had an initial talk with the recruiter, the earliest they could talk was in 3 weeks. I talked with them and got scheduled for a technical interview (2 weeks later). The day of the interview the meeting

HR screen went well. Scheduled phone screen, which I had to reschedule due to a work incident. They asked to give new days of availability, and then crickets. Ghosted by the recruiter/coordinator.
