Pros: We are building awesome tech. The company is super competitive, and the business is doing incredibly well. Employees are treated with respect and are empowered to be productive. It's a highly collaborative environment.

Cons: Designs and programs change rapidly, and it can be hard to keep up with for some. The company is growing rapidly, so processes and employee expectations aren't always well defined. (Not an explicit con, in my opinion, but it is what it is: fairly male-dominated, although that is changing.) People work hard and work late, which can create pressure for others to work later hours.

Pros: The strong camaraderie among co-workers (not management) helps to alleviate some of the stress from demanding schedules. Additionally, the company offers solid benefits, which provide a measure of security and support for employees. These positives can be a silver lining, making the experience more tolerable for those who value strong peer relationships and comprehensive benefits packages.

Cons: The company suffers from a toxic work culture characterized by unrealistic deadlines, excessive work hours, and a lack of recognition for employees’ efforts. Management relies on fear-based tactics rather than support, while hoarding information and creating silos that hinder collaboration. The lack of work-life balance, with employees working late and skipping meals, contributes to severe burnout and disengagement. High turnover rates reflect deep-rooted dissatisfaction and poor leadership, making it difficult for the company to retain talent and sustain productivity. Without a major cultural shift, the organization risks ongoing instability and reputational damage.
