Very friendly people who made me feel comfortable
No cons in specific to me.
It seems my experience is what others have written recently. I went through a very lengthy process that ended up with a rejection. I will say that everyone I spoke to was personable and nice, but I am not sure what is going on over there right now.
CoderPad Technical Assessment on basic Linux and Kubernetes commands with 2 Bash commands at the end where we would have to describe what it is doing. Overall if you've ever used the two, the test should not be difficult at all.
Went through 3 rounds in 4 business days. * First, a 30-minute recruiter screen call. * Then, a 1-hour, mostly technical round. * Finally, a 30-minute culture/behavioral round to wrap up. An offer came after about 2 weeks.
