Phone screen, coding round, hiring manager round, virtual on-site:
- Domain specific interview
- System design
- Director interview
Cleared onsite. Interview with VP. After the call with VP, which was mostly background, location preferences, etc., I was rejected—no feedback provided. I was open to move to where the team wants. All the interviewers were great and enthusiastic.
Questions
Coding and system design were not LeetCode-style or standard questions. They were mostly role-specific.
Hiring manager, director, and VP rounds were mostly background-based STAR questions.
