I applied online. The process took 4 weeks.
Applied online and recruiter scheduled a phone call the next day, very efficient. Recruiter asked about the motivation for joining Coreweave and the biggest mistake I've made in my current role, comp expectations etc, also went through the interview process.
Next is a phone screening with multi-threading & concurrency coding question conducted by a senior SDE in the team, the interviewer was nice and gave me a pass, hear back from the recruiter in 3 days and scheduled the onsites. Haven't completed the onsites yet, will update back once done.
