I applied online. The process took 6 weeks.

I had an initial talk with the recruiter, the earliest they could talk was in 3 weeks. I talked with them and got scheduled for a technical interview (2 weeks later).

The day of the interview the meeting invite goes away, I send them an email, they respond to me with an auto reject after 3 days of waiting....

The same recruiter 2 months later reaches out to me about the same position. I take his call, I explain to him what happened last time and ask to just go through to the next round. He gets very aggressive at me and tells me to explain the role in detail and everything we've discussed. I pull out my notes and list of all the things we talked about in the last meeting. He gets kind of mad and asks a few questions and the interview ends.

The recruiter def had an ego problem.
