Designs and programs change rapidly, and it can be hard to keep up with for some. The company is growing rapidly, so processes and employee expectations aren't always well defined. (Not an explicit con, in my opinion, but it is what it is: fairly male-dominated, although that is changing.) People work hard and work late, which can create pressure for others to work later hours.
