It was good, but vision didn't keep up
The people were good, especially for those who were part of the club.
Most people weren't part of the club. The leadership didn't have the vision for the disruption AI would bring. They tried outsourcing jobs to India to save money, but it made more work for the Americans and lowered the product quality.
Stop hiring foreign workers. It slows everyone else down and the quality drops.
