No direction... everything changes on a daily basis... Impossible to focus on a task for more than 10 minutes. Either there's a 12658489th meeting of the day, or some colleague interrupts you to confirm you do agree that a man can be pregnant or that white people are responsible for the death of dinosaurs in the Jurassic era.
Scala is evil.
Hey guys, don't hire people in April after 5 rounds of interviews and technical challenges, only to fire them in November after a 3-minute call.
And if you have no other choice than firing people, please keep the good ones, not the low-level ones.
