Process
I completed every interview and reached the final stage, but then—silence.
No offer, no rejection, no feedback. Just ghosted, left wondering what went wrong without any closure. It is bad.

Horrible place to work. I was encouraged to post a "good review" here by my manager
Remove Dev/Ops • Current Employee
Newport, California, United States
March 29, 2019
Pros: Salary is good, bonuses are small, product is good. I like the idea of the company a lot, actually. I would love to have been a lifer here.
Cons: Too many to list. Complaints to HR go to the respective C-Team, and they get notified. Amazing staff get fired for petty reasons, often for complaints against their managers. The management team is abusive, and the environment is toxic, even for remote employees. There is no family time or life balance.
H/R is helpful, but they are unable to do anything, unfortunately.
