Process
The process was quick to schedule. There was a take-home system design assignment that took some time.
Overall, the process was very unprofessional. This company will string you along and ghost you. They will discuss fantastic benefits and compensation with you after passing the interview with no intention of making an offer. They will say that you did well and the team likes you, but they want to continue interviewing other candidates.
I was strung along for multiple weeks and had to hound the company for a simple yes or no answer.
Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Pros: WFH first strategy.
The leader in their product category.
Opportunity to grow and expand knowledge and responsibilities.
Free snacks, lunches, and dinners in the office.
Semi-annual get-togethers for engineering, DevOps, and sales teams.
Cons: Need to be a self-starter and self-motivated to deal with communication issues between departments and politics between leaders, which is challenged via WFH approach. More collaboration is needed between the primary drivers of the organization (engineering, DevOps, and sales) with the other back-office departments in order to reduce friction and overlap in the skills and techniques used. Need to be disciplined in order to take advantage of unlimited vacation.

Pros: The Engineering team is nothing short of amazing.
From the sensor team, to the cloud team, to ontology and data science – the best in breed have come here to work. You get to solve tough engineering problems and deal with data at massive scale. The individual talent is among the top in the industry, but the collective brain power and vision is second to none. I am honored to be a part of this team.
Cons: No matching 401k. The office space is a little too open for my taste, but that is being worked on.

Pros: Very smart teams across the whole org, no politics, lots of teamwork, thoughtful leadership.
CS is seen as a leader in the security space in a number of areas. Lots of innovation and interesting challenges to work on.
On the Engineering side, there's a high level of freedom and accountability. People are empowered to make their own decisions and run with ideas.
Work-life balance is important and the turnover is extremely low on the engineering side. Hard work is rewarded.
Cons: This isn't the place you go to retire. You will be challenged. Not long hours but rewarding work. If you're the right fit, that should excite you.
