Phase 1: 30-minute call with the in-house recruiter.

Phase 2: 1-hour meeting with a Principal Engineer to understand more about you, your experiences, and how they align with the role.

Note: If you have work gaps in your CV/Resume, be prepared to explain the reasons for those gaps. If you worked for a short period of time in a role, you will be asked why. I find it relaxing and much easier to be honest, or at least close to it. Prepare your story in advance.

Have you ever been in a situation where a client was upset, and how did you solve it?

What level of experience do you have with technologies such as SCCM, AWS, Azure, Active Directory, GPMC, Splunk, McAfee, and other EDR solutions?

How would you rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 on Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms?

What's the first thing that comes to your mind when asked the following questions:

Life is...? I am...? People are...?

Some follow-up questions will be derived from your responses to the ones previously asked.
