Phase 1: 30-minute call with the in-house recruiter.
Phase 2: 1-hour meeting with a Principal Engineer to understand more about you, your experiences, and how they align with the role.
Note: If you have work gaps in your CV/Resume, be prepared to explain the reasons for those gaps. If you worked for a short period of time in a role, you will be asked why. I find it relaxing and much easier to be honest, or at least close to it. Prepare your story in advance.
Tell me about yourself, your experiences, and why you are interested in this position.
Why did you leave ABCD roles in your previous companies?
Have you ever been in a situation where a client was upset, and how did you solve it?
