Process
Recruiters either ghost candidates or take multiple days to respond. I recently went through a full interview process with them. Despite receiving positive interview feedback, I was ultimately rejected. As expected, I have yet to receive answers to my follow-up questions from the recruiter.
It seems extremely common for recruiters at this company to ghost candidates, and interviews are conducted at a snail's pace. This is extremely frustrating and I believe it is truly tarnishing their company's value.
