Management is inconsistent in their stated goals. For as much training as we got about insider threats, disgruntled employees seems to not be an issue of concern.
Reciprocate the loyalty you expect from employees. If reorganizations happen, try to retain employees who are already trained and integrated. Be less concerned about being woke and DEI and get back to traditional values like people being able to excel at their jobs.
