CrowdStrike is filled with intelligent engineers. It’s one of the most sophisticated distributed systems I’ve had the pleasure of working on, and the scale is fascinating to build around.
Management is very proactive about growth and development. There are endless opportunities to learn and tackle interesting problems. Teams collaborate well and work together to solve problems.
CrowdStrike is at the forefront of its domain, and that comes with pressure to maintain that position. The workload can feel heavy, but I believe that’s to be expected given the momentum CrowdStrike is moving.
Continue to invest in your individual contributors. Seeing the growth of the engineers at CrowdStrike was very inspiring.
