Spoke with a recruiter and then had a 1-hour technical interview. The interview question was easy, and I came up with a working solution but failed because it was the wrong solution.

The interviewer fell asleep during the interview. This was unbelievably unprofessional behavior. After making some noise and trying to wake him up, I went ahead and commented nicely about taking a few minutes. This ended the interview.
