Great ESPP
401k match is not so great.
I completed a take-home assessment that involved concurrency. My build instructions did not work for them, so I had to provide additional instructions. Later, I was asked some follow-up questions regarding my implementation.
This position was remote (USA). I was referred. The interview process was unique, with an "LC style" approach. In the first round, they asked me to design a database and a coding question. I loved this round, as it was a deep dive into all design ar
5-stage process, including a screening call, three interviews, and an extensive take-home exercise. The take-home exercise was technical but manageable. Only the final interview was hostile; earlier interviews were thorough but fair.
