The technical interviews were done by junior engineers. Managers in leadership did not seem to be technical, seemed more like people managers.
They asked me to go to San Francisco to interview, I'm not sure why and did not see any benefit to it - it was not like a typical onsite office interview, was just like any virtual interview.
