Usually, there's a phone screen from an HR recruiter telling about the high-level requirements of the position. If you pass the first round, then an on-site interview is set up with two technical people and two managers. They usually ask questions specific to the job to ensure your job skills and experiences on your resume match up. Afterwards, usually two weeks after the interview, an offer is made. Please be sure to get the name of the hiring manager, as it's also helpful to follow up with them a week after the interview.
