Pros: Good maternity and paternity benefits.

Cons: Engineers are constantly interrupted by changing priorities, ad hoc requests, and a lack of planning. People are told to work on evenings and weekends all the time. There is a lot of re-structuring. Incompetent leadership does not know how to use modern tools for processes. Everything is done on spreadsheets. It feels like 2001.

Pros: I worked with some great people.

Cons: They're moving in the wrong direction with tech decisions, pushing forward quickly with little regard for quality or long-term thinking. Lots of mobile engineers work too much -- nights and weekends, even. This makes little sense since you can't quickly push a production fix to the App Store or Play Store; there's a whole review process that slows things down. So working production support over a weekend as a mobile engineer makes zero sense.

Pros: Access to free upskilling resources and opportunities to develop deep healthcare expertise while working with cutting-edge technologies. The company actively adopts new tech trends, and strong remote work policies offer genuine flexibility.

Cons: New employees joining at the junior level face a lengthy path to equity compensation, with no RSUs available until reaching the Lead level—typically a 4-5 year timeline. Additionally, compensation challenges include non-competitive base pay, limited bonus structures, and modest annual raises.
