Very good work-life balance, no extreme hours. People are very nice and friendly. Latest technology like Angular.js and Node.js is used, so that's a good part.
Pay is very low. Most of the projects are done by offshore companies like Cognizant and Infosys, so there is constant politics going on, as offshore companies say less to everything.
