I applied online. The process took 3 months.

Extremely lengthy process with 6 or 7 meetings and then also a reference check. Nothing out of the ordinary when it comes to contents: there are tech/experience related questions, some live coding, system design - all not too difficult. People I talked to were mostly really alright.

I made it to one of the last stages, which was a 30 minute meeting with one of the founders. The guy turned out to be extremely arrogant, dismissive and clearly biased towards people from non-traditional backgrounds and chose to "grill" me about my life choices from 10 years ago. I got a rejection email shortly after without any feedback.
