The interview process started with a recruiter call followed by a technical screen (30m), system design (1h), and hiring manager conversation (1h).
I would suggest familiarizing yourself with the product before the system design interview. In a vacuum otherwise, the question (or more specifically what to focus on) doesn't make a lot of sense.
