Pros: A very good place to work for, featuring an amazing culture and exciting tech challenges to solve. It is an interesting business with a great opportunity.

Cons: I wish I had joined sooner.

Pros: This is a wonderful place to work. The people are excellent, the standard is genuinely high, and the company's fast growth keeps bringing new challenges and opportunities. There's a great atmosphere built on real collaboration and accountability, and I feel genuinely seen and supported in my own growth. Overall, it is a place that I'd recommend without hesitation.

Cons: As the company scales quickly, the workload can get heavy at times - though I'll say management stays genuinely respectful of work-life balance even at that pace.

Pros: - They care about the employees - Going strong, an ambitious company that achieves its goals - Amazing people to work with - The team leads material is great

Cons: Work-life balance could be better.
