Pros: Company has a great culture. My team is outstanding - a group of very talented, but collaborative and helpful people. We all help each other achieve goals.
Cons: The company is growing at a rapid pace. It’s a good problem to have for people that like dynamic environments, but it’s probably not a fit for others that like a slower pace.

Cons: Databricks moves very fast. As a result, the features are mostly not mature and straightforward to use, making Solution Architects' jobs unfairly hard when working with clients.
