There were three rounds of interviews: a hiring manager screen, a first "onsite" with both technical and behavioral questions, and a second onsite with another technical and behavioral panel.

Overall, it was a positive experience. The interview panel was friendly and positive. For the technical interviews, it felt like I was working with the interviewer to solve a problem, and I had fun doing it.

The tech: maintains several very active open source projects, including Apache Spark, and carefully adopts new technologies where it can provide long-term benefits. Growth trajectory: The company is doing really well financially, and you get to see how companies of this scale grow as fast as possible.

Cons: Can be stressful with lots of work to accomplish under sometimes strict timelines, especially for larger projects.
