Process
- Very biased process.
I was dinged in one round in an ML case study (the same question I have passed in five other places).
The difference here: the interviewer wasn't interested in me at all. They had their eyes glued to their laptop throughout the period, occasionally coming to life only when I prodded them specifically on what they were looking for.
I intentionally said a couple of things wrong to see if there was at least a bit of a reaction.
- The recruiter doesn't care about this feedback either. Too many fish in the sea, unfortunately.
