Recruiter was super nice and so was my technical interviewer. I got asked to solve a LeetCode med-hard problem involving file systems, and unfortunately wasn’t able to crack it. It was probably one of the harder technicals I’ve had, but the interviewer was nice and I had a good experience.
Questions
Comparable to a LeetCode medium-hard question, but nothing like it is on LeetCode from what I’ve searched after.

Can speak up about tech ideas;
Plenty of experience writing docs/code;
Smart senior engineers.
Cons: Not a healthy environment, and I feel people are half dead or sick walking around.
No mentorship.
Manager can be rude as hell.
No soft skills.
No strong community feeling.
Some people are so busy that they never respond to you unless you ping them 3 times.

Pros: - A lot of smart people
- Good career opportunities
Cons: Technical debt and platform constraints are more significant than you'd guess from the outside, and x-team dependencies and legacy infrastructure mean things move slower than the size and funding of the company would imply.
