Pros: - Very strong team. - Very clear mission and company goal. - Transparent leadership team. - Active founder involvement (rxin, ali, patrick, etc). - Very interesting technology and opportunities to work on cutting-edge stuff.

Cons: - Poor work-life balance. On-calls can be painful, and there's a lot to do without a ton of support. This is not clearly a priority of management. - Base salary is lower than at top companies, with the expectation that equity has high upside. - Not a diverse team. This is not a clear priority from management.
