Cons: The interview process was so long and communication was so poor that it almost certainly deters high-quality applicants. Absence of work-life balance. Toxic, self-important culture.

Pros: A lot of opportunity to learn.
Very nice colleagues.
Good compensation.
The software is solid. So solid that I'd choose it as the platform of choice if I were to start a data/ML company right now.
Plenty of time to ramp up.
Cons: You will earn your keep. That's not a con at all, but this is no chill-all-you-want job.
