I applied online. The process took 2 weeks.

HR round and 3 more rounds. During the HR round, they just asked "tell me about yourself" and then asked me to rate my skills on a range of 1-10. It went pretty well, but I was rejected because they said I had no MLOps skills, even though I did speak about it in the interview.
