It took 3 weeks to complete all these interviews. It felt efficient, but somehow you didn't have time for other opportunities nor interviews. Fair enough if you wanted to pursue the position. At the wrap-up interview, they did commit to update me on the progress as soon as possible. More than a week after, there was no update, and I sent an email to HR. He told me he would update me the next day but never heard from him again. Try this company if you have plenty of time and want to practice your interview skills. Don't believe in their words. They are completely liars and never respect interviewees.

Pros: Strong culture where teams always chip in to help, not just regionally but globally. Management are understanding about limited resources and task prioritization. Strong data-driven culture, which is fair to people who put in effort and generate results that are not only driven by sales numbers. Very talented individuals at every level.

Cons: Only suitable for individuals who know how to manage work-life balance. If an individual does not know how to say no or is not willing to speak up and ask to reschedule meetings or work, this is not a suitable place, as they will find never-ending work. This is typical of any startup company or organization.

The culture is collaborative, and I've been impressed with managers who want to understand and support my career goals. Leadership is very transparent. This is a high-growth company – things change fast, and there are growing pains as teams keep up. This is expected and hasn't been a negative for me. If you can adapt to change and are willing to adopt to fill in gaps where needed, it's a great place to be.

Cons: There is no 401k match.
