Cons: Favoritism Stack ranking They will make you drink the Kool-Aid. Don't do it.

Pros: One of the fastest innovative places in the Data & AI space. Talented tech pool. The stock is doing good till now, so equity payout is substantial, and [not sure] if that will continue in coming years.

Cons: The grind culture is real. Either you move up or out, and they fire a lot silently, so keep an emergency fund ready. The company moves really fast, which is sometimes too fast for human employees. The product is promising but not as perfect as they portray. Ask customers about their pain points. Work-life balance is a real challenge. It is a great brand to add to your CV, but very hard to sustain at this pace with constant sales and commercial pressure. It is better to avoid if you have a family and want peace, and there are better places around for a little less money. This is a place for workaholic people only, period.

Pros: Extremely collaborative environment. The best I’ve seen so far when it comes to SMEs and industry leads stepping in to help with opportunities.

Cons: Growing/scaling pains, typical of a company aggressively ramping up headcount. Processes are being implemented and piloted to address current gaps, e.g., opportunity/account tracking. Knowledge management can be greatly improved.
