Lack of clarity on IPO timeline (expected, somewhat) Growing pains coming with the startup becoming a public company No 401k match
Excellent work with respect to transparency and frequency of communication. Most employees would appreciate a 401k match, but that is a large expense for a high-growth company, so it's understandable. Continue to be transparent about the IPO, as that is of paramount interest to most employees.
