The interview process is very quick. I just failed at the first round, and I can feel they are very picky. Maybe I am not from the target school they want, or they want more experienced people.

I applied at the career fair and got rejected after a round of phone technical interview. Casual chat about company and positions for about 20 mins, and code exercise for 30 mins.

Very nice, hands-on recruiter and interviewers. There was an initial recruiter call, followed by a LeetCode-style coding interview, then several more engineering rounds. Their engineering standards are extremely high.
