Senior Backend Engineer Interview Experience - Paris, France
Process
I had a good internal recommendation which allowed me to have an interview with HR quickly. Just applying through the site remained without answer for 2 weeks.
Interview passed very well I think, but the next day I got a refusal even without technical part. No idea, was it some post-processing of the CV or interviewer marked something as red flags. Anyway the experience is disappointing.
