Process
I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. The process was very fast: one short screening with them, followed by one live coding session with a senior engineer.
The live coding session included:
- A 10-minute discussion about a project I worked on.
- 45-50 minutes of coding.
The live coding involved two LeetCode Easy questions. I managed to complete one well, but I didn't have time to finish the second. However, I clearly explained how I would solve it if I had more time.
They rejected me. The feedback was something like: "Overall okay, but you didn't finish all the exercises, so you are out."
