LC medium level questions in coding rounds. Virtual onsite coding is slightly harder, but not hard level. System design is design metrics monitoring system.

Pros: The engineers are both skilled and good to work with. Building a product that is useful and sold to customers, vs selling your users, is a pleasure.
Cons: Management recently added an AI mandate, so look elsewhere if you don't want to be required to use LLMs.
